So 20MG Reta is going to be mixed with

100 units of bac water,if you see the picture it’s 1 full syringe on an insulin needle.

The best needles to get are ultra thin  1 inch insulin needles on Amazon, make sure you get some alcohol swabs as well.

Make sure you snap The vial lids off,there’s a little arrow that shows you,which way it snaps.clean both tops with an alcohol swab.

Then you draw 100 units of bac water,and don’t inject  it straight onto the powder, you inject it slowly down the side of the vial,once it’s all in there you,slowly roll the vial in your hands,don’t shake it.

Make sure you put it straight in the fridge after,and you get it out 10 mins before your injection. (if you do not reconstitute a couple of vials,make sure you still store it in the fridge)

With the glow stack, you were gonna follow the same steps , but you will put double the bac water in,so you fill the insulin syringe twice.

And follow the same steps.
