Klow Stack Reconstitution Guide (50mg GHK-Cu / 10mg BPC-157 / 10mg TB-500 / 10mg KPV)

Understanding the Klow Stack

The Klow Stack combines four popular research peptides into a single formulation:

  • 50mg GHK-Cu

  • 10mg BPC-157

  • 10mg TB-500

  • 10mg KPV

This blend is designed to provide a convenient all-in-one peptide solution, reducing the need for multiple vials while simplifying storage and administration.

Reconstituting Your Klow Stack

Reconstitution is the process of adding bacteriostatic water to a lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide vial before use.

What You’ll Need

  • Klow Stack vial

  • Bacteriostatic Water

  • Sterile syringe

  • Alcohol swabs

Step 1: Prepare the Vial

Clean both the peptide vial stopper and bacteriostatic water vial stopper using an alcohol swab.

Step 2: Draw the Water

Using a sterile syringe, draw your chosen amount of bacteriostatic water.

Step 3: Add Water Slowly

Inject the water slowly down the side of the vial rather than directly onto the peptide powder.

Step 4: Mix Gently

Allow the powder to dissolve naturally. Gently swirl if necessary. Avoid vigorous shaking.

Step 5: Refrigerate

Store the reconstituted vial in a refrigerator between 2°C and 8°C.

Recommended Reconstitution Volumes

3ml Bacteriostatic Water

A popular option for users wanting a more concentrated solution.

Benefits:

  • Smaller injection volume

  • Convenient dosing

  • Easy storage

5ml Bacteriostatic Water

A balanced option offering straightforward measurements.

Benefits:

  • Easier dose calculations

  • Moderate concentration

  • Suitable for most users

10ml Bacteriostatic Water

Ideal for those preferring less concentrated solutions.

Benefits:

  • Highly accurate measurements

  • Flexible dosing

  • Excellent for gradual protocols

Why Use a Combination Stack?

Many peptide users prefer combination stacks because they:

  • Reduce the number of injections required

  • Simplify storage and organisation

  • Provide convenient all-in-one dosing

  • Help maintain a consistent routine

Storage Guidelines

For best results:

  • Keep refrigerated after reconstitution

  • Avoid excessive heat and sunlight

  • Use sterile equipment for every draw

  • Keep vial sealed when not in use
