If you reconstitute 30mg of Retatrutide with 200 units of bacteriostatic water (which is 2mL on a U100 insulin syringe), the concentration works out to:
\frac{30\text{ mg}}{2\text{ mL}} = 15\text{ mg/mL}
A U100 insulin syringe has:
100 units = 1mL
So each unit contains:
\frac{15\text{ mg}}{100\text{ units}} = 0.15\text{ mg per unit}
Syringe Units

10 units

70 units

15mg
So with this mix:
10 units = 1.5mg
20 units = 3mg
30 units = 4.5mg
